Shipping
Regular shipping days are Monday-Friday. Most packages are shipped via the US Postal Service..
Express shipping service is not available at this time. We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic
- Free shipping: Usual delivery time is 3-10 business days. Use this if you don't need your order right away. Given less processing priority than non-free services.
- First-class: Usual delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Priority: Usual delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Parcel Post(Ground): Usual delivery time is 4-7 business days.

International
- Fist-class International: Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
- Priority International: Usual delivery time is 6-10 days.
- Express: Usual delivery time is 5 business days.
Please note that listed international delivery times are transit times. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for processing and/or customs clearance.

You can see actual shipping charges by viewing your cart and clicking on the 'estimate shipping' button. Enter your info, click the 'update' button and you will be presented with actual shipping charges for the services available.
Free shipping is available for domestic orders $50 and over (up to 15 lbs shipping weight).

Availability
Stock levels are adjusted 2-3 times a week to reflect actual items in stock. Because of our multiple sales channels, quantities in stock have to be adjusted manually. You will be promptly notified of any item(s) that are currently out of stock. Backorders can be held on request. Email notifications are sent as soon backordered items are received.

Sales Tax
9.25% California Sales Tax will be charged to all orders shipping to CALIFORNIA ONLY, unless you provide a valid California re-sale certificate.

Money-Back Guarantee & Returns
Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return items within 15 after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange or store credit, whichever one you prefer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we make a mistake on your order.

Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of J&A and may be subject to restocking fees..
Some charges may apply or items may be refused if they are not returned in their original condition. Some restrictions may apply, especially on custom-made merchandise.
